Where do you ship in India, and how long does delivery take?
We deliver across India to all pin codes. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and most shipments reach you in 4–7 days, depending on your location.
What payment methods are supported?
You can pay securely via all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay), digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD)—available to nearly all addresses.
Is payment on JugleMart secure?

How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send a tracking ID via email/SMS. Simply use this on our shipping partner’s website to monitor its journey.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

What is your returns/exchange policy?
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Just reach out to our support team—we’ll provide return shipping at no extra cost.
How long will the refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders, wallet or bank refunds follow the same timeline.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! We offer special gift wrapping upon request. Simply select the gift-option at checkout—invoice will be excluded and your item beautifully packaged and delivered.
